An E2/Powertree project is installed on an existing multi-family property, or is designed into a new multi-family construction project.

Property owners inform tenants of the opportunity to go solar and save at least 10% on their electric bills. Property owners sign up to purchase on-site solar power, back up power, and EV charging at an annual rate that is paid as a fixed monthly payment.

Powertree’s on-line platform handles all registration and billing.

ENERGYTWO TAKES A PHASED APPROACH TO FINANCING YOUR ENERGY PROJECTS
